Rambøll Management is in the process of recruiting experts for the tender “Macro, PFM and Performance Measurement Framework Contract”. Duration of the project is 48 months from award of the contract, and main place of performance will be the European Union and beneficiary countries of European Commission external aid.
Assignments will concern short-term studies in the following areas:
Macroeconomics and Public Financial Management (PFM):
(i) Macroeconomics:
- macroeconomic analysis and reforms,
- debt issues,
- economic growth,
- poverty analysis
(ii) Public Financial Management (PFM):
- assessment, diagnosis and reform of PFM (incl. PEFA framework),
- budget policy and planning,
- revenue (e.g. direct and indirect, personal and corporate, excises),
- budget preparation, execution, reporting and audit,
- public procurement,
- PFM administrative and technical infrastructure,
- legal and regulatory framework, accounting systems,
- PFM integrated financial management and information systems,
- PFM and decentralisation,
- sectoral PFM issues
Statistics and Performance Measurement:
- assessment and reforms of statistical systems,
- assessment and design of overall and/or sector performance measurement systems
