Rambøll Management is in the process of recruiting experts for the Multiple Framework Contract to Recruit Short-term Services in the Exclusive Interest of Third Countries Benefiting from European Commission External Aid (Donor: EuropeAid). Provisional Commencement date of the contract is 16 September 2009.
Assignments will concern short-term operational services within the field of Governance and Home Affairs in Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, New Independent States, Latin America, Asia, Mediterranean Countries, Africa, Caribbean, Pacific etc:
- Governance (promotion and protection of human rights)
- Support to Democratisation (democratisation processes, social and political roots of conflicts, elections, role and functioning of the parliament, media freedom, etc)
- Reinforcement of the Rule of Law and Administration of Justice (reform of judiciary, penal regime, awareness and prevention of corruption, police reform, security sector reform etc)
- Public Administration Reform and Civil Service Reform (organisational development of public institutions, civil service reform etc)
- Decentralisation and Local Development (support to local authorities, community based development, local development strategies etc)
- Enhancement of the Role of Civil Society (organisations roles and recognition, capacity building and networking etc)
- Home Affairs, the Fight Against Organised Crime (incl. drugs) and Terrorism
