Ramboll Management Consulting/Attractor offers leadership development, both for individuals in our open training courses and for groups of leaders in an organisational framework. Our approach is that development of management is closely connected to the development of an organisation.

Close integration of theory and practice
Our aim is to enhance the reflexive skills of the leader and to work with close integration between theory and practice. The leader will quickly be able to work with new approaches in his/her daily practice and to reflect upon the effects.

Training at Attractor

We work from a platform of systemic and appreciative thinking and train the leaders in everyday communication, individual coaching, managing teams, meeting design, organisational development, change facilitation and strategic work in an emerging context.

Leadership development on various levels
Our key competence is to work with management on all levels in an organisation. Our work is often closely connected to mergers or change in the organisational set-up.

Master's degree in Public Governance
The Attractor division and Aalborg University have together developed a Master in  Public Governance. As a part of the programme, Ramboll Management Consulting consultants teach and facilitate groups of leaders from the public sector towards a Master's degree.
