Professionalising the coaching industry
Ramboll Management Consulting is professionalising the coaching industry - by serving on the board of the international organisation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), by publishing books and articles about coaching and methods of dialogue, as well as having a PhD coaching expert on the staff, etc. These efforts bring our consultants to the forefront of the field, in terms of competence and practical experience, and this adds to our dynamic coaching environment.
Book and courses regarding ‘Leadership based Coaching’
The Attractor division has created a special course from our bestselling book, ‘Leadership Based Coaching’. This course teaches people the special challenge of balancing leadership with coaching. In general many of our coaching programs are linked to leadership development processes.
