Working with evaluation capacity building will enhance efficiency and effectiveness. We help organisations optimise their evaluation capacity by providing the right tools to work with evaluations, in a strategic and systematic way.

Ramboll Management Consulting helps to create an organisations capacity to manage knowledge strategically as an incorporated part of the organisation's core processes. We also assist in implementation of recommendations from already completed evaluations.

In 2009, a team from Ramboll Management Consulting wrote a book entitled “When Measurements Make Sense – Results-based Management", focusing on performance management.

Building evaluation capacity focuses on four dimensions:

  • Goal and strategy
  • Organisation and structure
  • Technology and processes
  • Human resources.

These are all important elements in the ability to work with generating knowledge, management, use of evaluation results in policy formulation, design, implementation and feedback.
