Organisational evaluation capacity
Building evaluation capacity focuses on four dimensions:
- Goal and strategy
- Organisation and structure
- Technology and processes
- Human resources.
These are all important elements in the ability to work with generating knowledge, management, use of evaluation results in policy formulation, design, implementation and feedback.
