For more than 15 years we have evaluated a comprehensive number of large trans-national programmes for the EU Commission in the Member States. In Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany we conduct hundreds of evaluations every year of public spending programmes, laws, organisations, etc.

More than 100 evaluation consultants

Our evaluation consultants count more than 100 people. They are trained at our own academy, the Ramboll Management Evaluation Society (RMES), at Europe’s most comprehensive evaluation training programme based upon more than 15 modules each of one day or more. Consultants are certified on the basis of their training in the five basic modules and after that on extensive courses ensuring that our consultants operate at the highest methodological level.

Contributing to the best evaluation journals and societies

Within RMES we constantly develop our evaluation methods and concepts so that we at all times match international development of methodological standards. For achieving this, we take part in the most recognised evaluation societies in the world, those in the US, the UK, Canada, and the European Evaluation Society. Moreover, we contribute to the national evaluation societies in the countries that we operate in. We publish articles in peer reviewed journals such as Evaluation and the American Journal of Evaluation, as well as we present at the conferences of the evaluation societies.
