European policy studies and programme evaluations

Evaluation is not just a snapshot of outcomes at the end of a program or project; it is an important management and learning tool for improving organisational effectiveness and achieving results. As such, it is also an important part of the continuous development of policies, programmes, and organisations within the expanding European Community. Business

  • Development of monitoring and evaluation systems
  • Research and studies
  • Policy and strategy development,

  • Employment and labour market
  • Enterprise and e-business
  • Immigration – integration
  • Information society.

Multinational and multilingual teams

Our organisation, like our assignments, is international too. The core team, EU Affairs, consists of consultants with different nationalities and a wide variety of language skills based in Brussels and Copenhagen. An excellent cross-border team work has been established between the consultants in the two offices, who join forces on most of the large assignments for the EU institutions. Besides this, our consultants in Brussels also use their expertise in EU policies and programmes, in order to support the French and Belgian local authorities in managing EU Structural funds. You can find more on our work within this field and the contact details for our Brussels office here.

Moreover, for each assignment, international teams are comprised of consultants from across our offices in Scandinavia, Finland and Germany according to the expertise and language skills needed for the specific assignment. We also have a wide network of external experts and partners across Europe – consultancies as well as academics – allowing us to put together highly qualified consortia to undertake complex and large scale projects, covering EU 27.
