We conduct our analyses by applying models and methodologies suited to each individual project. The main model is the Standard Cost Model (SCM), with which Ramboll Management Consulting has vast experience. Other models as the Lean-SCM-Method, Employee-Centred models and Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) analyses may also be used.
