Based on Appreciative Inquiry Our consultancy work is based on systemic thinking and Appreciative Inquiry (AI). AI is the method of social action research and organisational development which explores and creates meaningful new possibilities through constructive and collaborative dialogues. Together with our client, we focus on what works well in their organisation - and envision the processes which would work even better in the future.
