Strategy planning for the Danish Ministry of Environment
The Danish Ministry of Environment required a new corporate digitalisation strategy for the Ministry's work over a four-year-period, using digital administration. Ramboll focused on the areas noted in the common public digitalisation strategy. A comprehensive implementation process involving all employees was launched, to ensure that the strategy was anchored in the entire organisation early in the project process.
Aarhus Municipality – Strengthening IT governance
Aarhus Municipality, with approximately 30,000 employees, wanted to implement organisational structures and processes for a cross-disciplinary IT development. Ramboll Management Consulting based its services for Aarhus Municipality on an in-house-developed method for creating a cross-disciplinary IT forum to strengthen the commercial orientation. The project resulted in a list of recommendations for all business units on how to strengthen IT governance.
International consulting for the implementation of a strategy process
Ramboll Management Consulting implemented an IT strategy process for a growing international concern. The project resulted in a series of strategic goals for cross-disciplinary IT solutions and business-critical processes. Ramboll arranged workshops in 5 different countries with COBIT and Enterprise Architecture as the foundation. The primary focus was consolidation of external system portfolios and processes and creating a strong foundation for the implementation of acquisitions.
Randers Municipality – Business-oriented IT management
Ramboll Management Consulting created a development program, containing 12 projects to be developed in three stages. The objectives were to strengthen internal performance, support the organisation and relations between business units, as well as to develop a business-oriented IT strategy, involving relevant management tools (incl. implementing ITIL processes) and establishing a cross-disciplinary government committee.
