EasyTexting ("Nem SMS")
On behalf of Danish Digital Taskforce, Ramboll Management Consulting carried out a comprehensive assessment of the potential of setting up a central texting-solution for state, municipal and regional public authorities. The assessment included a business case covering economic, legal and technical possibilities and challenges.
Establishment of Group IT
Ramboll Management Consulting carried out a comprehensive economic, technical and organisational analysis of opportunities and limitations related to establishing Group IT for the Ministry of Social Affairs. A key component of the analysis was developing a business case for the implementation and establishment of the Group IT system.
Electronic patient records (EPR)
Ramboll Management Consulting developed a business case for creation of shared electronic patient records (EPR) in the Danish region of Northern Jutland. A significant part of the project involved documenting the effects on care provider-patient relations through the introduction of electronic patient records, which was new to the region.
Intersectorial digitalisation of the public sector
Ramboll Management Consulting assisted Danish Digital Taskforce in developing an intersectorial digitalisation strategy. The assistance comprised supporting task force meetings and preparing strategy. Throughout the process we worked closely with the Digital Taskforce to coordinate the project with other related government initiatives.
Strategy for Group IT
Ramboll Management Consulting assisted the Ministry of Culture with an update of their existing IT strategy. The project comprised setting up strategic goals, involving stakeholders in the process, assessing focus areas, and preparing the actual strategy. To ensure wide support from all departments, a number of workshops were held throughout the organisation. Furthermore the assignment involved ensuring that the digital strategy was aligned with the Ministry's overall objectives.
