Programming, Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation
To establish whether or not and how aid is making a real difference is important for several reasons: As a tool for learning and a way to increase ownership first and foremost, but also in terms of the accountability of both donor/implementers and recipients. Hence, more focus is being put on increasing the Aid Effectiveness, as established and agreed upon in the Paris Declaration by partner countries and donor countries.

Ramboll Management provides support to donors, aid organisations and governments in both donor and developing countries. We work within the field of Programming, Results Based Management and Evaluation, in order to provide basis for a more informed, and hopefully better, decision making.

Striving for and focusing on results
Within International Development Cooperation there is an ongoing discussion on how to establish and verify whether or not the money spent on an intervention transforms into long term and sustainable impact, i.e. improvements for the target group or of a specific problem area.
