Ramboll Management Consulting has acquired the Danish consultancy SJP A/S. SJP is a very experienced consultancy within customer analyses and specialises in services within customer loyalty, customer strategy and customer experience.

Ramboll Management Consulting's Swedish unit has acquired SANN & Partners Management Consulting AB. With a stroke the unit in Sweden has grown to 60 consultants. Thereby, Ramboll Management Consulting consolidates the position as one of the leading consultancies on the market specialising in public sector development.

From 1 April 2012, Jens-Peter Saul (45) takes over the position as CEO of Ramboll from Flemming Bligaard Pedersen (63). This transition marks a generation change in the management of the largest consultancy company in the Nordics.

Ramboll's revenue increased by 13 percent to DKK 6.9 billion and the company achieved profit before tax of DKK 295 million in 2011. Number of employees grew by more than 550 during the year, and this brought the total number of employees above 9,500. New acquisitions and ground breaking projects combined with a competitive international platform constitute the basis for achieving solid profitable growth rates in the years to come.
