Diversity in assignments
Our organisation is project-oriented with focus on collaboration with customers and across the various units. Our employees take a holistic view of the customers' issues, and they therefore take part in all consultancy processes. All our consultants participate in development, sales and solution development processes.
Multitasking skills
Our consultants often work on several projects simultaneously and may take on many different roles in each project. Sometimes he or she is project manager, sometimes project assistant. Project teams are put together according to the professional demands of each project, which creates fruitful dynamics and builds up competencies to benefit the individual project and thereby also the customer.
Many different customers
We have many different types of customers and operate at various organisational levels. This generates versatility and provides us with a broad perspective. Much of our work is based on concepts and methods developed on the basis of our extensive experience in various fields. Our point of departure, however, is always the individual problems and needs of our customer.
Other impulses
We are very conscious of the importance of employee development and believe that good employees should get inspiration from outside the workplace. We therefore encourage our employees to become active members of professional associations and participate in community activities.
